Configure the layout of your launchpad

In this topic, you learn how to configure the layout of your launchpad. You can have more than one layout style.

Prerequisites

In the Cockpit, go to Administration and select Launchpad.

Result: The table of existing launchpads open.
Select Add.

Result: The settings of the launchpad open in the General tab.
Go to the Layout tab.
In Launchpad Layouts, select a launchpad layout with a light appearance and a dark appearance that you created on the basis of a base UI5 theme in the Launchpad Layout tool.
In Launchpad Appearance Preference, select between Default, Prefer Light, Prefer Dark, Only Light, Only Dark to control the initial appearance of configured launchpad layouts for the end user.
Select Save to see a live preview in the right pane.
