Create a copy of an adaptive application

You can create a new adaptive application as a copy on the basis of an existing adaptive application.

Prerequisites

  • You have created an adaptive application with the Adaptive Designer.

Procedure

  1. In the Cockpit, open the Adaptive Designer and open the app you that you want to copy.

  2. In the shell bar, select the name of your application and select Copy from the dropdown menu.

    Result: The Copy dialog opens. In Copy from, the original adaptive application you are currently copying from is prefilled.

  3. Enter a name for your adaptive application and optionally select a development package.

  4. Select Create.

Result

  • You have created a copy of an adaptive application in the Adaptive Designer.

  • The same elements and settings of the original adaptive application are applied to the copied adaptive application.
