Cockpit tools
System information
At the top of the Cockpit, you can find the following widget:
System Info provides various license and update information, depending on the system you use:

Company: The name of the company using the system according to the license agreement

License Validity: Date of license expiration according to the license agreement

Users: Number of valid users for the system according to the license agreement

Release: Neptune DXP - Open Edition release version, for example,
24.10.0

Build: Time of the latest version build as per latest version commit on GitHub

Release Type: The productive release type of the system, for example, long-term support (LTS) release with link to the release notes of Neptune Documentation

Database: Database type connected to the system, for example,
mssql

Hosting: The name of hosting infrastructure for the system, for example,

Node Version: Node.js runtime environment version on the system, for example,

On the widget, select the arrow and Copy system information to copy the system information to your clipboard, if particular system information is required, for example, if you need to contact Neptune Support.

Development
In the Development tool group, you find the services you need to build your own applications.

In the Design tool group, you find the services you need to give your application the right look and feel, along with tooling to create emails and PDFs with dynamic content.

Connectivity
In the Connectivity group, you find services to create, test, and maintain APIs, oData sources and Connectors.

Monitoring
In the Monitoring tool group, you find services to maintain and monitor locks and logs generated by the system or by the users.

Housekeeping: Delete logs from across the system

SMTP Log: View a log of all emails and their status

System Logs: View the system and server script logs

User Sessions: List of active user sessions in the system

Application Log: Analyze usage of applications

Launchpad Trace: Analyze usage of launchpad and tiles

Push Notification Users: Overview of which users have opened a Launchpad with Push Notifications enabled, allowing you to manually send push notifications.
Tools
In the Tools tool group, you find the Table tools, job management tools and the ability to configure Events.

Job Manage: Create and manage background jobs that run server scripts

Table Definition: Create and maintain database tables, according to the database setup of the instance

Deployment
In the Deployment tool group, you find services that let you deploy your Neptune DXP instance artifacts to other systems.

Deployment Approve: Approve a created bundle to be transferred to another system

Workflow
In the Workflow tool group, you can design, build, run, and manage workflows that include User Tasks and Script Tasks.

Settings
In the Settings tool group, you configure and customize system properties to operate in your server environment.

System Settings: Core system settings, changes will be applied with next system restart

Custom Settings: Custom system settings, no restart required
Keyboard shortcut for tool or application selection
You can switch between multiple active tools or applications in the Cockpit via shortcut.
For Windows, select Alt + Up/down arrow key
