Manage substitutions

In this topic, you learn how to edit or delete a substitution for an approver.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites.

Procedure

Edit

In the Cockpit, go to Workflow and select Substitutions.

Result: A list of all existing substitutions is shown.
Select the substitution you want to edit.
Select Edit.
Change the substitution as required.
Select Save.

Delete

In the Cockpit, go to Workflow and select Substitutions.

Result: A list of all existing substitutions is shown.
Select the substitution you want to delete.
Select Edit.
Select the delete icon.
Confirm you want to delete the substitution.

Results

You have edited/deleted a substitution.

Running the Rerun approver determination executes a new substitution for existing pending workflows.
