Enable tile blackout

In this topic, you learn how to declare that a tile is under maintenance and cannot be reached in the launchpad.

Prerequisites

In the Cockpit, go to Administration and select Tile Blackout.

Result: The table of all tiles in the system opens.
Select the tile you want to stop. Result: A new window with general data about the tile opens.
Select Edit.
In the Blackout section, toggle the Enable button to Yes.
In Button Text and Description, provide an explanation for the users why the tile cannot be reached.
Select Save.
