Add a launchpad layout to your launchpad

In this topic, you learn how to add one or more launchpad layouts to your launchpad. You can drag and drop layouts to change their order. The chosen order is reflected on the launchpad, the first launchpad layout is set as the default layout for your launchpad. Upon login, the user can choose one of the layouts or keep the default one.

Prerequisites

  • You have created at least one launchpad layout with Launchpad Layout.

Procedure

  1. In the Cockpit, go to Administration and click Launchpad.

    Result: The table of existing launchpads opens.

  2. Click on the launchpad you want to configure.

    Result: The settings of the launchpad open in the General tab.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Go to the Layout tab.

  5. Click Add.

    Result: The dialog with the available launchpad layouts in the system opens.

  6. Choose one or more launchpad layouts.

  7. Click Select.

  8. Click Save.

Results

  • You have added one or more launchpad layouts to your launchpad.
