Delete user logs for the inactive users .

Employees that left the company are no longer counted as active license holders, as long as their users in SAP has been set as no longer valid. This license can then be re-used. If an employee for instance change department and still needs access to SAP but should no longer have access to Neptune, this license can be re-used 3 months after last usage. Using the Housekeeping tool, user log entries older than 3 months may be deleted, and the license count is then reduced for all users that has not used Neptune for the last 3 months.

Delete the Apps log after the selected period of time. Mobile Apps log entries older than 3 months can be deleted.

Delete extended logs after the selected period of time. Extended log entries can be set to "keep nothing" for keep deleting the file continuously.

Delete Push Notification logs after the selected period of time.

Delete Push Notification Devices logs after the selected period of time.
