Generate a user certificate
In this topic, you learn how to generate a user certificate in Neptune DXP - Open Edition.
Procedure

In the Cockpit, go to Security and click Certificates.

Click Add.

Enter a Name and Description, for example,
SAPPCertandSAP Principal Propagation certificate. -
Navigate to the Attributes tab.

In Sign with, select
Self-signed. -
In Bit Size, select
2048or4096, depending on your security considerations. -
Fill in the remaining fields as it fits for your company. The data is later exported to your SAP system.

Click Generate New Certificate.

Navigate to the Keys tab and click Download.
